Founder and Owner of Asona Home Health, Rick Bole, has 19 years experience in home care management and ownership. In addition, he has training in direct care and Traumatic Brain Injury care.

 

His wife, Becky Bole, has a double Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Business Management, plus 20 years of HR experience, including several years as Human Resource Director in adult foster care and home health care.

 

In 2004, Becky was in declining health due to Multiple Sclerosis. As Rick and Becky began to face mounting challenges related to her MS, they began using home care services themselves. It was during this time that they started Asona Home Health. Their experience in home health care as consumers, combined with their human resources and home care management background, enable Rick and Becky to run a home health care company that provides truly excellent care.
