Please forgive our absence during January and February. We are back and would like to give special recognition to 3 of our employees by designating them caregiver of the month!
Becky has been with us for about 10yrs. (she predates our software!). She works
the midnight shift for one of our clients. Her attendance is exemplary.
Becky has awesome caregiving and housekeeping skills. We can always
count on her to do the job thoroughly.
Despite her busy life, Becky finds time to help with other clients when
needed. She treats every person with compassion and dignity. Clients
always look forward to seeing her.
Becky loves spending time with her grandkids. She collects elephants in her spare time. She really enjoys meeting new people and working at the Clare Antique Mall. One of her favorite hobbies is planting flowers and gardening.
For many reasons, we have chosen Becky as our January Employee of the Month.
Rejeania started with Asona a little over a year ago. She started out working a full-time afternoon position one client, then, transferred to a full-time morning spot with another. The two clients she has worked with have very different needs.
Regina is very knowledgeable and therefore, versatile. She always treats people with compassion and dignity. She has excellent attendance and a strong work ethic. Not only does she work with the client, oftentimes she provides support to all family members involved. She is an excellent representative of our company.
Regina likes to sew, all kinds of crafting and spending time with her grandkids and family.
We are pleased to make Rejeania our February Employee of the Month
Michelle Bigford- March
Michelle worked with us for approximately 4 years before our software came along. She came back to us as a re-hire in July 2018. We are very happy she is back! It doesn’t matter what the client’s needs are; she does a great job.
She is the only caregiver that has completed all of the training paths, plus has signed up for independent study through our training partner “In the Know”.
Michelle is always willing to help anywhere we may need a hand. Whether it’s an existing client or helping to start a new client, we know that when we send Michelle things are under control, and clients are happy.
She has been doing this type of work since she was 18. In her free time, she likes to work on her hobby farm and spend time with her family.
For these reasons yo have chosen Michelle as our March Employee of the Month
Congratulations on achieving this anniversary with us! Through the years your compassion and your commitment to quality care has helped us earn the high ratings we have. We truly appreciate your dedication!
Did you know that March is Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Awareness Month? Events during March bring attention to new research into the condition and raise awareness of the challenges that people with MS face. Multiple sclerosis, or MS, is a disease of the central nervous system that can cause symptoms throughout the body.
