The Asona Home Health objectives are to provide:

• a team approach to health care services with a system of referral, follow up, and evaluation.

• home health care services and training, which allow clients and their caregivers to work together towards achieving the highest possible level of independence.

• accountability through a transparent process by which the family may monitor client progress, satisfaction, and caregiver performance.

• educational opportunities for employees through an ongoing in-service program.

• recruit and retain highly qualified personnel through:

  • screening,

  • testing, and

  • evaluation.
